Christmas is over, but I'm still getting fat...

Who put all that candy in my stocking? I'll tell you who, the same person that is eating it all. For anyone who knows Lexi, she isn't too into sweets. Meaning I just have to push through and eat all the good stuff. It's paying off well.

A Christmas in Utah and somehow I've been home for four days and can't believe I was ever gone. We went sledding, visited with friends and loved ones and most importantly played a whole lotta Guitar Hero and SingStar. I wouldn't go pro or anything but somehow I felt as though I was actually playing a guitar and that I was good.

Thanks to the Meyerson Seniors for putting up with us for a few days and for all the fun. Again that was Seniors...the really really OLD ones. That's right. I said it.

For any child that has been around Lexi, I'm truly sorry. Looks like her strep throat and scarlet fever that she had at Christmas is relapsing or something, but it ain't pretty.

We hope you all have a delightfully wonderful NEW YEAR!!

Bring it on 2008.

It's the year of the Meyersons.

Horace LeGrande Lewis

My amazing Grandpa passed away December 24, 2007. He finally made it
home.

The following is his obituary from the Deseret News. It's long but extremely worth the read.

Horace LeGrande Lewis 1917 ~ 2007 BOUNTIFUL- Horace LeGrande Lewis age 90 passed away Dec. 24, 2007 due to complications from Parkinson's disease. He was born July 28, 1917 on a dry farm near Burley, Idaho to Horace Edward and Maria Elizabeth Christensen Lewis, the youngest of a family of seven. A little Christmas here and there

Happy Hollydays to all of you out there.

We've had some Christmas fun here and there and it's about time I blog it all. Heaven knows I take pictures thinking of how to blog them.

The Meyerson Tree. If you could only see the whole thing, you'd laugh. I'm quoting someone from the other night,

"Man, that's one ugly looking tree."

Jake needed some decorations too. Miss Ashlin gave him the giraffe and Lexi picked out the airplane. Even Jake needs a Merry Christmas. On a side note, I think the squirrels got to the giraffe. No need to worry, I sleuthed him out.

The new Lexi Lou Doo

"I want a Barbie car and Princess Polly Pockets. I also want to see your sleigh."

And last but not least. This "baby" was brutally mocked by an unknown man in my house. None the less, we must blog it.

Merry Christmas to you all!! Have a wonderful time with your families!

If TV rots your brain...call me rotten.

You know you watch too much of one show when your child starts acting it out.

Most kids act out Dora, Diego, even some Little Einsteins.

I caught Lex playing...

It's Christmas time in THEIR city

Ahhh, the holidays have hit. A time when decorating your home so it's unrecognizable becomes normal practice.

There was a description online that seems fitting,"The house that Christmas puked on."

Who knew.

I Googled "projectile vomiting" to see what she came up with.

"Know that projectile vomiting is sudden and particularly forceful vomiting that often occurs without much warning."

Key words..."Without much warning." Sums up my morning.

Children are worth it. Children are worth it. Children are....
