Technical Difficulties

At first I was just putting off a new post due to full on laziness. Don't judge me.
THEN, our computer had what we call a blow out. A new hard drive later (thank goodness Travis just backedup the computer or we would have no pics...including Jake.) We are up and running. So the new pics of the soccer wonder are lost until data recovery has taken place or until we have soccer again after our vacation in 4 days! Besides the computer and Travis' car being broke no good, it's been a GREAT week! Fun friends and family time. Can't get better than that!

FOUR DAYS! Think I'll get fried?? I'm taking bets.

A new car!?

That's right you heard me. My dad has been working so hard on my ride it's like a whole new car. All I can say is that rattle in the dash that made me scratch my eardrums is finally gone. What I can say is, that I have some pretty sweet wheels.

You should all have a mechanic for a dad. Or a dad as a mechanic. It's pretty great.

On another note Lexi has taught us a new song.

"Three little monkeys swinging on a tree. Here comes mister crocodile, Can't catch me, Can't catch me! GULP. No more little monkeys are swinging on that tree!"

It's terrifyingly funny and all children should sing it.

Lexi is doing ok, by the way. She is still 4 so I don't think she'll be as cooperative as I want. Is there a pill for that?

Party New England Style

These New Englanders know how to live it up. Lex and I will be here for the week and we like to party. Personally I haven't seen Lexi this happy for weeks. She seems to be a new gal. She beat Grandma about a hundred times at "checkers." I say "checkers" because it was a game that she made up and she won every time. The best kid of games. I bet if she played me I'd beat her. I always win, right Phil?

I hope April fools day treated you all with a couple of lies and trickery. I know my husband got hit with a real doozy. He'll recover with some time.

CHEERS!
