THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU WHO SUPPORTED CDH AWARENESS DAY!!
Even if only one person learned a little more...I'd call it a turquoise success!
I hope it was a nice day spreading the word in memory of Baby Jake.
We only ever put pictures of our tiniest one when he was smiling or looking completely adorable. This one describes, without words, what keeps a baby with CDH going.

We love you all.
I hope everyone knows...pictures of me on this blog are few and far between.
Take this beefy one and love it...it'll be a while.

I was SOOOO happy to wear turquoise for Jake today.
The picture brought back memories. Thanks for sharing this day with us.
I am glad you guys had a good CDH day. I love the shirts. I wish I could have been there to wear one! I'm thinkin of ya buddy.
I will celebrate CDH Day EVERY August 21st, February 16th and March 31st in honor of Jacob and the other babies born with CDH!!!! I will NEVER stop spredding the messege of this terrible defect. It is heartbreaking to realize how much damage a little hole can do and how many lives are changed. I will never forget Jacob and CDH.
My turquoise actually gave me lots of chances to explain CHA--in fact my entire lunch table at work is in the know now.
This was an awesome idea--thanks for letting us know about it!
love it! turquoise rocks and so does mr. jake! That was an amazing photo of all those machines taking care of Jake, wow, I had no idea. thanks for posting
Just for the record, I think that is an absolutely terrible picture of me. I can't believe it's gone public.
Jenny- you are way to hard on yourself! You and Lexi look awesome!
I want a shirt like that! Awesome! I miss Jake...love him to pieces :) It's scary how sick CDH babies really are...
As for Jenn...you are a hot sexy momma! How many times do I have to tell you that?
Sorry I forgot to wear turquoise! I feel like a dummy. But on the upside, I now have a hi-res picture of Jen. Thanks for the new wallpaper!
I'm actually going to have to sock you right where it counts.
Just seeing his room makes me cry...man did he try hard or what? I am happy there is a day to celebrate him!!!!
Love the shirts...you did a great job!
