Mom and Dadda and everyone else

I can honestly say I've never grown out of the five year old mentality that-
My parents are my heroes.

The day Lucy was born my mom dropped what she was doing and bought what I can imagine were "second mortgage" plane tickets.
She stayed and helped and played with us for two wonderful whirlwind weeks.

Then my cute dad came for the last week.
Complete with cabana wear.

Help is always welcome but I actually needed their company more than anything!
I was so glad to have them here!
THEN
to continue the Memorial Day Weekend festivities...
Aunt Jackie and Uncle Doug drove up from Virginny to meet the Meyerson Goose (Lindy, I'm sorry to steal your nickname as well...it magical)
Jack, you like this picture. Admit it.
There was canoeing.
Doug, that lady on the bike finally did call.
She asked for your number.
There was most definitely some competition.
As you can see waaay back there, Phil got stuck with a couple of chicks.
But he stayed optimistic.
We hit up the Hamilton parade.
Yes. He was there too.
This picture is for Jess and Stace, so you can feel like you were standing there too.
We missed you.
Thanks to my family for coming and for having fun with us!
We love you!

i love the pic at the parade of all of us standing-doug looks like he's looking at me and kind of is amused but also kind of wants to kill me.

The close-up shot is terrifying, but you already knew that.

And I just want to apologize to Phil again for the canoe... but for the record, I never said I was good. Ever.

So glad we could come!

Seriously, Jenn? You are too cute and skinny to have just had a baby. You're making me gag a little.

Jen...I just may fly out and kick your butt! Someday I am going to invite everyone, but you and take pictures, put them on my blog and then call you to say, "have you seen my blog today?". Oh wait...that is what you did to me today! Shoot - I would hate to copy you.

p.s. your baby is kinda cute
p.s.s. did you get a number for batman - does he do parties?

Jenn, your parents are SO awesome. I am still bummed that they don't live in D-Town anymore. :( Tell them I miss them.

I love the last picture of the 3 girls and Bro. and Sis. Dunlop - that's one of things I remember most about D-town! I miss you guys, but glad you're doing great! p.s. the babies are adorable!

I love your Goose! She looks cuter than a baby duckling wearing a tutu walking down the aisle as an flower girl. Also, you do look really skinny. Seriously. I'll probably just start pasting my head on your body in pictures.
