Summer Part 1

The first month of summer has been quite the ride.
Here are some highlights.
Aunt Jodi, Grandma and Grandpa Meyerson came to meet the tiniest one.
Looking at the pictures...we barely have any of them here.
How embarrassing.

A list of things that we did.

Lucy's blessing
Alexis' Kindergarten graduation
She "slid into first grade."

We LOVE Mrs. Kieffer!
Aunt Jodi got to stay longer and we had a blast!
Tae Kwon Do started
She had to memorize her 5 Tenets and got her white belt.
This part nearly killed Jodi and I, we worked out tails off for that stinkin' belt.
(belt not pictured)

Our huge harvest of sugar snap peas.
Went to a Trenton Thunder game
Lucy is gaining some girth.
We've decided to try to buy a house.
Try being the key word,
as it isn't happening as fast as I would have it.
We went a diggin for fossils.
Found some creepy shark teeth and some ancient squid bodies.
It was actually pretty sweet!
Finding fireworks in New Jersey on the actual Fourth without having to drive four hundred miles is nearly impossible, so we settled for going to the creek, Wawa hoagies and the Christmas Tree Shop.

Hope your summer is just as much fun!

When you're sliding into first and you feel something burst...

I won't finish it. But that is a cute idea! And I bet you're proud of her martial art skills. And the Goose definitely looks beefier! What is her weight up to now?

The goose is scrumptious! Can I borrow her for the summer? I promise to give her back when she gets bigger!

Looks like your summer is kickin! Keep up the good work and don't forget to eat some watermelon sometime. That seems to be a summery thing to do!

I sure miss the girls so thanks for the pics. I love Lexi's karate pose and the one of Lucy on the couch. She definately looks a little beefier but I think it's safe to say she's still our favorite itsy bitsy little person.

So fun and amazingly cute little girls! We may be seeing you guys sooner than you think... you better be around if it works out. I want to see that little one...and the bigger one. Okay, and the momma too.

That house is adorable! Is it one that you've looked at/lusted after/bid on? I am sending many home-owning vibes your way...
